You can now get Molo Soup anytime you want at this Pinoy-favorite resto!

Mang Inasal, a restaurant that is popular for their Chicken Inasal and unli rice meals, welcomes Christmas time with a new offering that will keep our hearts (and stomachs) warm during rainy December nights.

For those who haven’t heard about the Pinoy-favorite Molo Soup, which is believed to have originated from the town of Molo in Iloilo Province, here’s a brief background. Also known as Pancit Molo, this Filipino pork dumpling soup has been an endearing comfort food for many Ilonggos, as well as Pinoys in other parts of the archipelago. It’s made of chicken broth with molo dumplings, misua (thin white noodles), minced garlic, and spring onion.

As someone who loves Mang Inasal’s unli-rice offer, having soup on the side makes meal times even better. This would go perfectly with Mang Inasal’s 2-in-1 sa Laki, Nuot-sa-Ihaw Sarap Chicken Inasal. It can be taken as a side dish to any of the value meals or as a stand-alone dish. And it is even affordably priced at P23. Millennial recommended!

Our Molo Soup is simply ‘bagay sa Chicken Inasal’ (goes well with Chicken Inasal), as it caps the meal with a hearty soup. We hope to further complete our customers’ dining experience with the introduction of this well-loved Pinoy comfort food,” said Brand Manager Mimi Mendoza.

Hot bowls of Molo Soup are already waiting for you in Mang Inasal stores in Mega Manila and South Luzon. It’s already on its way to other regions of the Philippines and expect the Molo madness by the first quarter of 2019.
